Absolute fantastic service

Item was delayed due to various reasons. I emailed John to ask for an update not really expecting a reply as these kind of things go, usually. I received a reply immediately and John kept me updated throughout. I received my dispatch email two days ago and received the item the next day. Was well packaged. I highly recommend as the service is second to none. You feel valued as a customer and treated like an actual person. I will definitely be back. Thank you for all of your help John. You’re a star ⭐️
